Nice to meet you everyone!

I am Walmer Villanueva, I am a medicine student and a web enthusiast. I am excited to share the knowledge I am obtaining through my studies and I want to help you achieve your healthy goals.

I love eating, music, sports and all of the good things that life has to offer. I love being and maintaining myself healthy I as a future doctor should set the example on it right? It would be kind of ironic to go against my knowledge.

Before starting medical school I gave it a lot of thought on weather I should do it or not, for various reasons: it takes plenty of time, there is a lot of effort put into it, it is more expensive than other carrers… After much thought I told mysel, is this what you really want? The answer for me was a clear yes, so I didn’t think it anymore after that.

Why am I doing this?

It is a way of focusing a lot more on my carreer and turning even my web time into something that would add to myself and there are many reasons why I decided to start a blog, these are two of the main ones:

• It’s a gain-gain type of deal. I believe that the knowledge that is shared is well kept within the person. So as I focus on sharing with you I will learn a lot more.
• I love helping people out. Through extense experience I have learned that helping in any way is definetely one of my favorite things to do. You get a priceless feeling
